Please note, All the products are customised on the booking, once the order is placed, the product can not be exchanged or cancelled, if you have received a damaged product or not the one you have ordered, please reach out to us immediately(within 7 days) about the same by email  -dhotre@hotmail.com / dhotreanant@gmail.com.

If the order was placed by mistake, we should be informed immediately about the same before the packet is dispatched which usually happens within 24 hours of the purchase. If we are informed in time for an order made due to an error, and the cancellation is requested before the product is dispatched, we will refund entire paid amount for the product within 7 business days.
